Shipping Information

Un Pedacito de Cuba will ship your order via US Postal Service and charges a $5.00 handling fee. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order. To calculate your shipping costs before placing your order, select “Get Shipping Quote” under My Cart.

Returns

Acceptable Returns Include:

• New, Un-Opened Products - Products that are un-opened, in their original packaging and have never been used.
• Damaged Products - If the product is received as damaged, Un Pedacito de Cuba will substitute the same product in perfect condition when available.
• Order Error - If you receive the wrong product because of our error, Un Pedacito de Cuba will replace with the correct product at no additional cost.
